Position: Customer Success Agent

Role Description

We’re looking for a Technical Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote contract role — ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about networking, IP cameras, and cloud technology.

You’ll be working with real-world video surveillance systems, supporting customers, and learning how modern cloud platforms operate in production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with technical questions related to networking, IP cameras, and the use of 3dEYE platform.
  • Assist with IP camera configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Help customers onboard successfully and ensure they are using the platform effectively.
  • Learn and explain to users product features, updates, and best practices.
  • Work with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Document issues, solutions, and feature requests clearly and accurately.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to customer education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Success role.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of network management (TCP/IP, subnets, ports, NAT, firewalls, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of IP cameras and experience (academic, lab, or real-world) with installation and configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
